About the project:

Solution: Develop a poster using plain language writing principles to transform legal text into easy-to-understand guidelines.

My Approach:

• Replace complex legal terms with everyday vocabulary to ensure comprehension, making guidelines accessible for everyone.

• Avoid industry-specific jargon and legalese to make the information accessible to a broad audience and ensure every guest can quickly grasp store requirements.

• Incorporate images and icons to illustrate and emphasize points without text overload, making it easier for customers to understand and follow the mask mandate.
